WMG offers on-site Slip Test Services across the U.S., conducted by expert auditors using the BOT-3000E Tribometer—the sole device approved for ANSI A326.3 compliance. Adhering to the American National Standard, WMG validates COF values on new surfaces, monitors slip resistance affected by maintenance and foot traffic, and assesses floor care product effectiveness. Post-testing, a detailed audit report, complying with ASTM F1694-14 and F2048-00 standards, is prepared. It includes a testing diagram, hard surface flooring conditions description, an executive summary of ANSI A326.3, all DCOF measurements with statistical analysis, and comprehensive tribometer reports featuring timestamps, date stamps, photos, and graphs for each DCOF sample.

Upon completion of testing an audit report will be prepared in accordance with the ASTM F1694-14, “Standard Guide For Composing Walkway Surface Investigation, Evaluation, and Incident Report Forms for Slips, Stumbles, Trips, and Falls,” and the ASTM F2048-00, “Standard Practice for Reporting Slip Resistance Test Results.”
